FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Tommy Larsen
Prior to founding Solheim, Tommy Larsen was a member of Tidewater Capital's investments team, where he focused on the acquisition and asset management of residential and commercial properties across the San Francisco Bay Area. He has worked on over $250 million of property acquisitions and managed a portfolio of over 500 residential units and 500,000 square feet of commercial space.
Mr. Larsen also served as an Associate in Wells Fargo's Real Estate Banking Group within the bank's Corporate and Investment Banking platform. There, he originated and managed a portfolio of construction, bridge, and structured commercial real estate debt facilities.
He received a bachelor's degree in business administration cum laude from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Alex Eberle
Alex Eberle is a Partner at Solheim Realty. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Eberle spent over a decade managing a substantial family-owned commercial portfolio, where he was responsible for the oversight of 150,000 square feet of commercial space. Throughout this 10-year tenure, he successfully managed operations and lease relations for a diverse base of tenants, gaining deep expertise in building systems, tenant retention, and asset preservation.
In addition to his real estate expertise, Mr. Eberle has served as a Firefighter Paramedic for multiple jurisdictions across California. By combining his extensive history in commercial asset management with the high-stakes problem-solving skills of a paramedic, Mr. Eberle offers Solheim Realty’s clients a uniquely robust and proactive approach to property oversight.
